Meet Paula

Drawing on over 25 years of corporate experience in the financial services industry with two of Canada’s largest insurance and banking firms, Paula Mendonça is on a mission to support executives, and leaders to lead their organizations profitably, and humanely.

This mission began when she was 10 years old, as she watched her immigrant parents work hard to earn a living, but not always being treated well by their bosses.

As a woman of colour, she supports both diverse leaders and leaders who have a vested interest in creating diverse, inclusive and equitable workplaces, which are reflective of the communities and clients that they serve. It’s not only the right thing to do, but also makes great business sense!
